Only two streets south of this oasis is Commercial Blvd where you will enjoy a relaxing stroll to dinner, get ice cream, pizza, sushi, drinks, etc...  Super convenient to the bustle while providing you with a quiet oasis. And did I say, the beach is only a couple of blocks away!

There are 2 separate entrances (front and back), and parking for each with a driveway in front and a driveway in the back.** Perfect when traveling with teenagers or the in-laws ;)

Laundry in unit, smart TV with cable, two blocks to beach, one street to restaurants and shopping. 

Provided for your convenience are beach chairs, beach towels, a beach wagon, and a portable cooler.

One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bath and direct access to the pool and back-yard. The other bathroom services the unit and the second bedroom.  There is a half bath in the cabana bath/ laundry room. Smart TV's and DirectTV.
